Symate GmbH is a specialist for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and manufacturer of Detact AI infrastructure & apps. Detact collects, integrates, analyses and processes production and quality data for systematic AI support in manufacturing process chains. Users receive a more detailed process understanding and a digital assistant for a wide range of scenarios related to their manufacturing process.
Symate was founded in 2012 as a spin-off of the University Dresden and still maintains an intensive research partnership with the Technische Universität Dresden. Over a development period of several years, a generic approach was implemented in Detact, which allows a flexible extension of functionality to different process chains and technology sectors (e.g. injection molding and metal forming).
There is currently no other solution on the market that enables such an efficient overall parameter analysis across processes and that allows a similarly flexible transferability to different process chains. Currently more than 30 employees at the Dresden and Münster locations are working on the further development of Detact. Extensive references from OEM as well as 1st/2nd-tier suppliers are available.
