Hermes Smart Control was born in Nov 2018 to design and manufacture Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions to improve and optimise industrial processes, enhance operational efficiency, and gather data for informed decision-making. We are working particularly in manufacturing, logistics, and other industrial sectors.
The team of Hermes is formed by 6 people (1 mechanic, 1 electronic, 1 software, 1 legal & admin support 1 commercial and 1 project manager).
We integrate sensors and devices placed on machines, equipment, and assets to collect data. These sensors can measure temperature, pressure, humidity, and vibration, provide GPS data and more.
The second field of activity is how to ensure connectivity for IIoT devices to the Internet or private networks, allowing real-time data transmission and remote monitoring. We use technologies like Wi-Fi, cellular networks, and Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) technologies like LoRaWAN and NB-IoT. We have participated in different projects thanks to our experience of more than 30 years in different industry fields. We have some products in the market, like Mobocen, which is dedicated to monitoring vibrations and Whimcon ( where is my container) to place containers in the world.
